An estimated people living with HIV and aids in south Africa in 2008 more than other country.It believes because 250,000 dies because AIDS.Some group particialy affects.Almost women ages 25-29 and over quarter of men 30-34 are living with HIV.HIV prevalence among those ages two and older by province with the western cape(3.8%) and northern cape(5.9%)being least affected and Mpumalanga(15.4%)and Kwazulu-natal (15.4%)at the scale.the impacted of the ages is reflected in the dramatic changes in south Africa the annual number of death increased sharply from 1997 when 35169 die to 2006 when 607,188 people died.This rise not necessary not solely to HIV and AIDS but the young's adults the ages group most affected by AIDS who particularly burden should burden of increasing the mortality rate.in 2006 partially 14% attributed 25-45 years old up 29% in 1997.This is strong indicator that is AIDS is major not in principal,factor of rising number of the death.Prevention in south Africa AIDS awareness,condom use,HIV and AIDS education,circumcision and prevention to mother that child birth.So the future in south Africa efforts to tackle HIV now at least facilities by government acceptance by HIV and Arv where previous administration shows confusion at best and worst is responsible for the death of thousands of people.However the vast majority those who need treatment still do not receive the drugs they need and those who not access their treatment this begin to late.HIV positive pregnant women and infects among those who could not benefit greatly from government decision to initiate treatment earlier.
