You might think my poems are mealy,
or just too pathetic to be read .

But it's my way to deal with things ;
Write down what's in my head .

You might think it's so uncool,
being a girl that rhymes and writes .

But it's my way to deal with things ;
To realize my wrongs and rights .

You can say or think what you want,
you can say poems are so silly .

But it's my way to deal with things ;
My poems became a part of me .
